Staff gives free makeovers to local shelter's residents

Red carpets strewn with rose petals are usually reserved for VIPs and movie stars.

A David Palmer Salon in White Plains held a makeover, with all the pampering a special client could expect for the entire clientele of Angel's Watch shelter for homeless women in Hughesville earlier this fall.
