This is significant.  We all knew the Terrapin Run decision was wrong and the State of Maryland has confirmed it.  Lou Grasso, planning commission member, cited this decision as justification for approving the Chaney rezoning request.  We are fortunate that the public record has been re-opened, because we now have the opportunity to submit the finding of this task force to the county commissioners.  Please take this opportunity to, again, remind the commissioners that this request is inappropriate for Hughesville.  The commissioners, unanimously, approved the Hughesville Revitalization Plan and must, now, stick to the plan.
