This doesn’t border on insanity; this is the illegal alien of insanity. Think about it. The local residents of Hughesville oppose changing the zoning on the Jenkins property to heavy industrial for a Chaney gravel wash operation. The applicant, Frank Chaney, who doesn’t live there or even in Charles County, doesn’t want a gravel wash operation there. So why are we even discussing this? Who wants it there?
