Bypass Ribbon Cutting Ceremony

THE HUGHESVILLE BYPASS RIBBON-CUTTING CEREMONY WILL BE WEDNESDAY, AUGUST 8,2007 AT 10 AM.  THIS WILL BE AT THE SOUTHERN END OF MD 5 BUSINESS AND THE NEW HUGHESVILLE BYPASS ADJACENT TO HUGHESVILLE MANOR SOUND WALL.

    Maybe they've agreed to pay themselves overtime -- being that they're supposed to be off.
