DBED plots a new course

Meanwhile, former delegate James E. Rzepkowski, former assistant secretary for the rural areas, has left DBED, and his post has been eliminated. Offices in rural areas, such as in Easton and Hughesville, will have managers and more representatives in the field than before. In addition, Lloyd will have some employees reporting to him in those offices.  [SoMDOnline]
